DETAILS OF GUILD APPROVED SCHOOLS

All Schools Must Meet The Required Standards for Colonic Hydrotherapy Colleges.

These standards lay down, length of courses, suitability of premises, authorisation of tutors by the guild and other relevant topics.

A SPECIAL NOTE

THE BRITISH COLLEGE OF COLON HYDROTHERAPY LIMITED

Colonic hydrotherapy training has been and will continue to be taught in the U.K. as a postgraduate course only to suitable persons. Suitable students will either be; Trained in conventional medicine (e.g. be a doctor or nurse). OR be graduates of a recognised body based complementary medicine course, (which must include in-depth anatomy and physiology). A pass certificate must be held and submitted for evaluation during their application for acceptance onto a course. Students should also have the equivalent of 2 years full time experience in practising a body based complementary therapy other than colonic hydrotherapy.

Colleges will not teach persons who do not meet these basic requirements.

The Guild will not consider a membership application from persons who do not meet these basic requirements.

 

The Anatomy and Physiology course must have included. Skeletal system, Muscular System, Structure of the skin, Functions of the skin, Vascular system, Lymphatic system, Neurological system, Endocrine system, Respiratory system, Digestive system, Genito-urinary system, Reproductive system.
